Rent Payment

Rent is due on or before the first day of each month and shall be paid in compliance with Section 3 of your lease.

An outside secure drop-box is provided at the administrative office for after-hours payments or correspondence.
Cash payments are not accepted. Do not put cash in the drop-box
When paying with a money order include name of head of head of household, unit number and address on the money order
No partial payments will be accepted.

Your rent payment will be considered overdue on the 15 day after 1st of the month and you will be in violation of your lease agreement.

For questions about reading your statement and the current balance, call 770-786-7739, please have your Unit No. ready so that staff can quickly access your account, or you can email your housing@covha.com.

If the residents are having any issues with their online portals (paying, work orders, etc.) they are to reach out to RealPage directly.
